However, he can only jump through time when the band What Time Is It, Mr. Fox? are playing music, and each song only has a few possible destinations, so careful planning is needed. Luckily, Mouse (a disembodied living spirit) can occupy any mouse at any time in any dimension, so delivers messages from Mr. Fox to the band. Unfortunately, the Royal Fish's court magician, Snake can also shapeshift into any animal and is out to undo Mr. Fox's hard work. Only Mouse can see through his disguises.
